BS degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 6-12 years as a ServiceNow subject matter expert and hands-on experience with tool deployment, configuration and customization of core applications
Experience administering ServiceNow in an enterprise environment including data management, service automation, core application, Service Portal, mobile, knowledge base, service catalog, workflow creation, collaboration, database administration, self-service scripting and application tool maintenance.
Effectively manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail on each project.
Adaptable to change and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, disseminate, and present significant amounts of information with an attention to detail and accuracy.
