- Working closely with the leadership team and partner with them on HR matters talent acquisition, performance and talent management, compensation and benefits, learning and development.
- Lead on HR initiatives working with the leadership team to drive change in culture and employee engagement
- Manage the HR Generalist to provide an operational HR service to the business
- Lead on talent acquisition for the Singapore Office, building partnership with agencies and building a talent pipeline for critical positions
- Liaise with the regional and global COE's on talent management, compensation and benefits and recruitment to align global policies and tailor to local markets

skills and experience required
The successful candidate will be degree educated with 10+ years experience leading HR team in manufacturing environments. You will have experience in partnering with the business, aligning HR to business goals and leading change management initiatives. With strong influencing skills at the all levels of the business you will be able to deal with ambiguity and effect change and be comfortable in a hands on position.
