    Responsibilies: Finance strategy and business partnering:
    - Advise and challenge business with timely and proactive analyses, assessments of variances to the plans, financial impacts and risks.
    - Provide Management Information to other departments
    - Inform timely on any unexpected issue impacting potentially the financial performance
    - Propose/implement corrective actions.
    - Identify areas of improvement in business and organisation and propose implementation plan.
    - Monitor key ratiosAccounting:- Perform period end closing including relevant reconciliations, uploads and reports- Monitor inventory accounting and present variance analysis- Ensure adherence to capex process and maintain fixed asset register - Prepare, finalize and conduct audit of Financial Statements under IFRS and local statutory reporting requirements adhering to all local fiscal regulations.Other activities:- Carry out - Taxation, Banking, Treasury & Insurance, Budgeting and planning, Policies and Controls, Secretarial and Legal.- Managing government authorities, local Finance team, BPO operations, banking and payments
