Develop Technical and Functional understanding of the Ground Combat product portfolio in India.
· Supports the Swedish customer services team in Sweden for India related Training, and After-Sales activities as follows:
· Support Product training activities:
§ Develop comprehensive training curriculum (including presentations, manuals, and practical exercises), and assessment tools for Ground Combat products.
§ Coordinate training activities for different user groups as per requirement.
§ Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for personnel (operators, maintenance personnel, Quality assurance and Instructors)
§ Manage training aggregates, documentation, logistics effectively.
§ Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback collection, assessments, and performance monitoring.
§ Develop and implement train-the-trainer programs to build internal training capabilities within user organizations.
§ Manage training schedules, logistics, and resources effectively.
§ Stay updated on the latest advancements in defence equipment technology and training methodologies.
· Support Product After-Sales activities:
§ Manage and coordinate field service operations, including installation, commissioning, preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and upgrades.
§ Coordinate and deliver comprehensive schedule for User on the handling, maintenance, and repair of Ground Combat products.
§ Provide expert technical guidance and support to User on product operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
§ Develop and update technical documentation, service manuals, and training materials.
