This role is primarily responsible for leading the successful delivery of projects or logistically challenging projects in accordance with design requirements, time and cost constraints, and commercial, HR, safety, quality, and environment and community targets.You will be incharge of the deliverables, budgeting, financials, operations.Besides that, you must have experience in setting up new distributors, logistics and supply chain. duties Managing the overall delivery of the project program in accordance with client expectationsManaging sub contractors, Consultants and other strategic relationshipsParticipating in the development, tendering and award of projectsAssigning resources to deliver works within budget, time, quality and regulatory standardsMonitoring and guiding workflow, setting daily, weekly, and long term project goalsManaging specialist functions of design, estimating, engineering, procurement and constructionReviewing progress against plans, contractual arrangements, and delivery milestones skills and experience Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline10 years in a General Management/ Mechanical rolePeople and performance management including the performance of sub-contractors or other project partnersComplex client and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to communicate effectively to drive positive outcomes with key stakeholdersculture and benefits This is a high profile project so if you are able to complete on time and on budget there is high bonus potential (6+ months).
