- overall project valued circa £250m
- RC frame - up to 12 storeys
- Great exposure for a hungry QS with a thirst for learning
- Working alongside a great team
- Fantastic mentors to learn from - you would report directly to the commercial manager
- A brand new multi-phase project - a chance to get involved right from inception with around 6 years tenure on the project

What you will be doing
Requirements
- 7-10 years experience working within a QS position in the UK
- An excellent approach to work and professional outlook on the construction industry
- Main contractor/developer experience desired but not essential
- RC Frame experience needed
- Strong references
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid commercial acumen
- Educated to a degree level or equivalent (BSc Quantity Surveying preferred)
