    業務内容

    ・Run PDCA cycle in sales management in terms of both quantity and quality, such as periodical review and behavior improvement
    ・Investigate new sales channels and approaches in the market to expand business opportunity / segment for company products.
    ・Develop and maintain strong/productive relationship with external key stakeholders, such as wholesellers and distributers especially with higher management.
    ・Maximize sales potential in the market
    ・Strategize and manage pricing /rebate initiatives
    ・Negotiate with key vendors on annual sales plan and contracts
    ・Coach and encourage sales representatives to improve the quality of sales activities to be more proactive, data and solution driven.
    ・Plan and manage projects in sales area and share feedback with internal stakeholders, such as marketing, operations and other countries.
    ・Analysis of key business categories, devising a strategy and action plan for growth
    ・Lead other management team members by sharing own expertise
    ・Be responsible for managing sales forecast and budget
    ・Encourage information and expertise exchanges within sales function.
    ・Design and implement procedures with benchmarking
    ・Plan, organize and facilitate regular meetings (1:1, leadership team meeting, functional team meeting etc.) within sale department to cascade overarching management message and discipline with clarity and transparency, and promote the culture of openness and growth
    ・Constantly check in with managers and monitor the quality of team management, providing advice and coaching on effective motivation/performance management
    ・Review workload prioritization to develop talents and allocate resources
    ・Lead Digital transformation in business operations.



    求められる経験
    ・Strong consumer products sales management background (B2B experience is a plus)
    ・Proven experience/achievement of new business development in Japan consumer market
    ・Excellent business acumen combined with excellent judgment and the ability to identify optimal
    solutions with a creative and innovative approach
    ・Solid people management capability to motivate and develop diversified talents with emotional and
    intellectual motivations with good balance of flexibility and determination
    ・Open minded and encouraging personality to lead to nurture a culture of trust, engagement and
    growth
    ・Strategic agility to formulate upstream strategy with clear and consistent connection to day-to-day
    sales activities (Big picture thinker with good attention to details)
    ・Leadership and influencing skills to drive changes within the organization and managerial courage to
    give critical but respectful feedback to individuals where necessary
    ・Proven experience of managing managers is plus
    ・Excellent interpersonal skills to negotiate, collaborate and involve internal and external stakeholders
    ・Entrepreneurial mind-set
    ・Fluent in English.
