業務内容
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-to overview Tax issues for all entities in Japan, He or she will propose the strategy for local and Group management, and be responsible of compliance and controlling of all Tax issues.
-Managed tax audit and custom audits on current operations

-Identify and evaluate fiscal risks and make recommendation
-Monitor & advise on taxation issues for all entities
-Recommend on new business issues from fiscal perspective
-Follow up on new taxation regulations and implications on business
-Close relationship with Accounting department to set up a tax-efficient accounting framework
- Liaison with external tax consultants
- Close contact and relationship maintenance with Tax Bureaus
- Ad hoc management reports
- Controlling of Annual tax returns
- Controlling of Monthly indirect other tax payment- Management of litigation
- Transfer pricing : coordinate and prepare transfer pricing documentations in relation with HQ and with local advisers, risk management, prepare defense file, follow TP audits, review the intragroup agreement
求められる経験
- 10 to 15 years experience in an International company or in the Tax Services of an international CPA firm
- Well versed with Japanese tax law & Japanese GAAP and OECD Guidelines
- Hands-on experience in actual implementation of tax regulations
- Ability to understand quickly operational issues companies problematic and their propose tax-efficient solutions
- Ability to lead & work with all levels of staff from other departments
- Ability to convince & implement recommendations
- Ability to take on challenge and work under pressure
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English
- Ambitious to grow with a fast expanding company
- Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Products an advantage
- Ability to make accurate & understanding report on tax issues.
