Are you an End User Computing Consultant (EUC) looking for a new opportunity?Are you looking for a contract opportunity?We are pleased to offer you a new contract opportunity for you to consider:End User Computing Consultant (EUC)-Start: ASAP-Estimated length: 6+ months-Location: OnsiteThis will be an onsite contract.AdvantagesYou will have an opportunity to work with a leading employer in the local market.Responsibilities• Provide end-to-end leadership, planning, workload estimation, organizing, and implementation of products and solutions • Establish leading practices and policies for implementing, configuring, maintaining, operating, and securing infrastructure • Provide coaching and mentoring, and share technical knowledge, skills and expertise in an efficient and supportive manner • Provide end-to-end technical leadership to support the resolution of incidents • Participate or deliver on the planning of services to meet the business needs • Engage in the certification and introduction of new products and solutions for our services and customers (executing testing and acceptance) • Conduct research based on requirements and develop recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards • Monitor and analyze capacity and performance on the infrastructure and recommend enhancements to meet new or changing infrastructure demands • Deliver on technology standard maintenance activities to ensure the environment is stable and available • Monitor and action on fault, event and alert management and resolve incidents • Monitor and manage security vulnerabilities and deliver on remediation to ensure the environment is secure • Strict adherence to Change Management practices Qualifications• University Degree, College Diploma or Relevant Experience • 3-8+ Years of Experience in Complex IT Environments (Network, Systems and End User) • Certifications (Any); Cisco Certified Network Professional, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, Microsoft Certified Azure Expert, Certified Citrix Professional ADDITIONAL EXPERTISE IN:WINDOWS and O365:WIndows 7Windows 10User ManagementExchangeExchange onlineOutlook ClientO365OneDriveTeamsVC:Video ConferenceCrestronCisco TP/VC4TMSPexipMOBILE:AirWatchInTuneAndroid EnterpriseREMOTE ACCESS:RSAMS AuthenticatorPulseSecureCitrixNetScalerPLEASE NOTE:You must either hold a Security clearance or qualify for one which means you have lived in Canada for the last 5 years.SummaryDo you have this experience?
