The scope of this role requires a meticulous and passionate individual with good knowledge in After Sales Service.

about the job
Based in Singapore, this role reports directly into the General Manager and is directly responsible for the business growth/performance for both B2C and B2B markets. This role requires a driven individual to lead the After Sales Department and be well aware of the concept of revenue generating through After Sales. Some of the core duties of the role include:

  • Supervisory experience - Managing a team of Service Technicians
  • Customer Service Satisfaction - Involved in improving customer service satisfaction by ensuring highest standards and quick turnaround time for high quality repairs
  • Strategic planning - Involved in analysing financial situation of the department and improving the profitability
  • Streamline Processes - Warranty processes, Increase Customer Service Index etc.


skills and experience required
To succeed in this fulfilling role, you should have more than 5 years of management experience with a very strong technical background. You should ideally also possess the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications, preferably in an Engineering (Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronics) or Business discipline
  • Strong After-sales service experience and fully aware of the concept of revenue generating through after sales
  • Good interpersonal and influencing skills, working under high pressure and to be able to manage a wide range of internal stakeholders
  • Proven leadership skills and highly analytical
  • Good understanding on Key Performance Indicators to control the service department and to derive measures to identify areas for improvements
