An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join my client (a Transportation Start Up firm) as a C&B Senior Manager. Despite it being a startup, the organization is comprised of highly experienced stakeholders who has extensive experience working within start up environments. They have huge plans to take their business to the next level and have exciting plans to expand into the region. Working here would equip you with great experience and provide you strong learning opportunities. They are currently looking for a senior C&B Manager to join the organization and to lead the C&B team.

about the job
You will be undertaking the role of a Senior C&B Manager, your job responsibilities includes but not limiting to:

  • Lead and build the compensation philosophy and framework - design of job levels, compensation bands, executive compensation components, incentive design and variable pay programs
  • Develop and strengthen the region total rewards framework and guidelines in compliance with global standards as well as reviewing, implementing and maintaining a job grading system for the region
  • Cover full spectrum of rewards function such as management pay, incentives and job grading to executive compensation, employee share plans and benefits
  • Design and conduct extensive research and design competitive benefit programs suited for specific geographies and different demographic
  • Conduct analysis of ROI of benefit offerings to ensure organizational relevance and high utilitzation
  • Support the Talent teams on offer packages, benchmarking data, compensation philosophy, and job levels
  • Designing short-term/long-term incentive programmes and equity awards


about the manager/team
You will be working closely with the VP of HR and be sitting with the regional team.

skills and experience required
You shoud have a Bachelor's degree and have at least 8 years of experience within the C&B function. You should have experience covering APAC markets and have experience designing policies from scratch. You should be a results-oriented, high calibre professional with a successful track record. You will be a proven performer in times of change, growth and ambiguity with the ability to oversee complex structures and operations. The ideal candidate must also be able to work at strategic level as well as being hands-on and operational in execution. It would be an added advantage if you have experienec using UNIT4 PROSOFT.
