As a result of ongoing and continued successes in Singapore, this service provider is recruiting a Facilities Manager to manager the hard and soft services of one of their health care clients.

Reporting to the Account Manager you will be required to conduct daily inspections of hospital grounds for cleanliness, safety and maintenance. Your key purpose will be to manage the day to day operations, facilities and all security matters as well as regularly liaising with contractors, support and healthcare stuff to ensure the facilities are up to standards. skills and experience required.

To be successful in the role, you would have:

  • Ideally have at least 5-7 years experience in Facilities Management in a health care environment.
  • Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Building Construction, Project Management or Facilities Management are a bonus.
  • Customer-Orientated attitude.
  • Have an ability to be a quick problem solver and learn how to manage a range of internal and external parties.
  • Ability to work independently and make logical decisions
