About Company

Our client is an exciting start-up company in the manufacturing space. Utilizing the latest technologies, they have seen rapid growth in the recent years and are now looking for a HR Manager as their newest addition to their international team to support on their hiring and retention strategies.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful applicant will be

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Responsible for employee retention, performance appraisals and employee relations
  • Business partnering with the Chief of Operations and the various functional Heads of Department (R&D, Sales & Marketing, Finance etc)
  • Managing the entire recruitment process, from liaising with hiring managers on hiring needs, managing recruitment partners to offer management
  • Managing HR operations

Skills and Experience Required

The successful candidate will be degree educated with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the HR field. You will have experience in designing and implementing HR policies on employee experience (e.g. C&B, career framework, training & development programs), as well as handling performance appraisals and employee relations.
