This role will essentially serve as a trusted HR advisor to provide day to day HR support to the corporate team to develop the people’s agenda for growing, retaining and engaging the talents across the various business functions. You will be responsible for the execution of HR strategies and plans to support the organization’s business strategies.
Your scope will also include but not limiting to:Participation in formulation of HR solutions and programmes to address workforce and business needs.Handle recruitment processes and liaise with line managers and HODs on hiring needsWorkforce planning and manpower budgetingStrategic HR initiatives such as succession planning, talent management, career development etcBusiness partnering with internal stakeholders on HR mattersOversees the payroll management by partnering with external payroll vendorEnsure smooth day-to-day HR operations for the Singapore officeProvide guidance and support to ongoing HR projects, ensuring that they are aligned with business objectives and practicesServe as a trusted HR advisor and provide strategic advice and inputs to policies revisions and implementations
skills and experience requiredAt least 8 years of HR working experienceExcellent communication skills to liaise well with stakeholders of all levels (including senior leaders)Strong HR business partnering experience
