A global professional services firm is looking for an Office Administrator to join the Singapore office.

about the job

You are primarily responsible for assisting in the full spectrum of office services duties for the company, which include maintaining the office facilities and supplies, handling generic business travel arrangements and expenses claims for the stakeholders and liaising with external vendors on the maintenance of office premises.

skills and experience required

The successful incumbent for this role comes with at least 4 years of relevant office administration experience in a multinational environment. You are a professional and driven individual with the ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels. You take great initiative in your role, and enjoy working in a team oriented environment.

In return this role will offer a salary up to S$4500 or commensurate with experience and qualifications.
