about the Company

Our client is a well-funded rapidly expanding startup in the mobility industry. They are funded by well-known VCs, and have got a great leadership team. They are looking to build their Talent Acquisition team, and are hiring talented and passionate Talent Acquisition professionals who would be interested to be part of this rapid growth.

about the job

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Director, you will sit within the team and serve as a TA specialist. You will be responsible for the end to end of all recruitment activities, from sourcing to offer management. Your portfolio will be a specialised one, depending on your experience and you will serve as a subject matter expert to the HODs of the respective functions you are supporting. You will also be working closely with vendors, managing the recruitment process and overseeing the day to day recruitment workflow.

skills and experience required

You should have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, either agency or in-house. You will need to have extensive knowledge within the subject and have strong stakeholders management skills. You should be familiar with the end to end process of the entire recruitment cycle. Candidates whom are more experienced can be considered or a managerial role.
