A growing international legal firm is seeking a Team Assistant to join the regional Talent Management team.

about the job

Reporting into the Talent Management Director and team, you provide end to end team support including calendar management, travel arrangements, taking on queries from senior stakeholders, preparation of presentation and meeting materials, file management in a highly efficient manner.

To be successful in this role, you would demonstrate strong multitasking ability, be highly organised and possesses good project management skills. You work well within a highly independent environment, enjoys planning and working through timelines and ensuring work progresses in a timely fashion.

You will be building strong work relationship with your counterparts around the APAC region, be a proactive member in the team to support all leadership development matters including performance appraisals, leadership nomination and promotion conversations, career path assessments, and other senior management conferences and meetings that are held around the region periodically.

skills & experience required

This role requires you to come with at least 5 years of team admin/secretarial experiences within professional services industry, be a confident communicator and a service oriented mindset. In return, this role offers salary up to S$4000 per month with performance bonuses and excellent benefits.
