about the company

We are partnering with a leading IT Company specialising in providing IT Services to banking and financial industry. You will be in a client facing role working onsite with the client supporting proprietary applications. This is a permanent role with the client with excellent opportunity to work in financial domain. Training will be provided.

about the job

The role will be based onsite with the client, you will be trained on the applications and provide support on a day to day basis. The users will log tickets in the system and you will be responsible to troubleshoot the issues at level 1. This may include going onsite to the user. Moreover, you will be required to provide reports through the system using SQL queries.

about the manager/team

The team in based in Singapore, they have office in Changi business park. However, you will be based onsite with the client most of the time.

skills and experience required

  • Min Diploma qualification in any discipline is a must with SQL or any query language knowhow, relevant experience in a helpdesk or application support environment will be advantageous.

  • Willingness to learn IT applications & work in a support environment

  • Ability to work on call (if required)
