An exciting and essential role is available for an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for the successful management and delivery of projects from design, implementation through to completion at the client’s location Key responsibilities:Engage and lead cross-functional and geographically diverse teamsManage timelines and resource engagement to drive resolution to critical customer issuesOverall managing of the project according to the plan with the implementation partnerTracking and reporting on a project statusManaging and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and or budgetIdentifying and mitigating potential risks and issuesFacilitating requirements definition and specifications development, acceptance and sign-offMonitoring progress and adherence to the contractOrganising and chair regular Project Team meetingsEnsuring timely approvals and sign-offs of project deliverablesThe successful applicant will require:Minimum 5 years experience in delivering successful shop fitting/retail/healthcare projectsTertiary qualifications - Project or business management, or equivalent experienceExperience in Community/Hospital Pharmacy Industry or Healthcare Industry advantageousExperience in automation or technology advantageousStrong stakeholder management skills with an ability to demonstrate commercial acumenDemonstrated relationship and interpersonal skills, with the ability to have authentic and robust conversations with senior leaders/key stakeholders/contractorsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh level of written and verbal communicationCustomer service orientatedHands on approachAttention to detail orientedAustralian citizen or permanent residentThis is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a small but dynamic team with strong values, culture of innovation with a long term focus.
