Responsibilities
• Enhance Customer Satisfaction: Utilize web analytics, customer research, vendor insights, and industry reports to continually improve customer satisfaction across various categories, seasonal events, programs, and corporate initiatives.
• Develop Digital Experiences: Support corporate marketing and strategic brand programs by ensuring that the client's website effectively communicates key messages across all digital touchpoints.
• Manage Site Experience Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of site experiences, from strategy to deployment, by briefing key delivery teams and program managing these elements.
• Collaborate on Personalization and Automation: Work with technology teams to implement data-driven, personalized site experiences that foster long-term customer loyalty.
• Drive Data-Informed Decisions: Employ A/B testing as a core strategy to shape future site experiences and optimize performance.
• Maintain Best Practices: Research and document best practices for digital and mobile experiences, ensuring the latest trends are integrated into site enhancements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership in Merchandising, Marketing, and Technology to coordinate and integrate efforts.
• CMS Management: Implement and manage the CMS repository strategy, ensuring assets and content are organized, accessible, and intuitive to streamline site maintenance and maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
• Expertise in web analytics and customer research, with a strong understanding of digital experience strategy.
• Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop comprehensive solutions and thrive in an agile environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to persuade and present data-driven insights to enhance site experiences.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in site merchandising and deployment.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and the ability to manage digital assets and promotions effectively.
