• ソフトウェア・デベロッパーとして、テックリードエンジニアをはじめとするチームメンバーや国内外メンバーファーム と密な連携を図りながら、日本展開予定の海外当社メンバーファームが展開するデジタル ソリューションのシステム環境構築・各種準備、デモ・PoCの技術サポート、および新規デジタル ソリューションのシステム設計・開発、システム環境構築・各種準備、デモ・PoCの技術サポートを 担っていただきます。

業務内容
• 日本展開予定の海外メンバーファームが有するデジタルソリューションのエンジニアリング業務 海外メンバーファームが有するデジタルソリューションの日本展開にあたり、プロダクト(システム環境構築等)、デリ バリ(技術ドキュメンテーション、カスタマイズ対応等)、サポート(システム運用保守等)に関わるエンジニアリング 業務、およびクライアント向けデモ・PoCの技術サポートを担っていただきます。
• 新しく開発予定のデジタルソリューションのエンジニアリング業務 クライアントおよび事業開発メンバーからのニーズを正しく理解し、要件定義、システム設計・開発、デリバリ、サポー トに関わるエンジニアリング業務、およびクライアント向けデモ・PoCの技術サポートを担っていただきます。
• 高い性能・品質を維持しつつ、再利用、且つ運用保守が容易なソフトウェアモジュールの開発、テスト、改善を担ってい ただきます。
• ブロックチェーンソリューションを分析し、信頼性と拡張性を高めていただきます。
• チームメンバーが開発したコードを確認し、改善のアイデアを提供します。

Job Description
• Due to the diversification of the clients’ business environment, the sophistication of advisory services is increasingly required. We organize human resources in digital area at the global level and utilize our global network to provide clients with various digital solutions and technologies together with Our Japan member firms. In addition, to expanding the digital solutions developed by overseas member firms inJapan, we are also focusing on the development of new digital solutions in order to meet the needs of market and clients.
• We are looking for a Software Developer who will be involved in - preparing system environments in Japan for digital solutions developed by overseas member firms; design and development of PoC, and support demos of digital solutions
Roles and Responsibilities
You will be a problem-solver, with the following responsibilities:
• Member of a system engineering team in Japan which will manage digital solutions developed by overseas member firms.
In order to facilitate the expansion of digital solutions (developed by overseas member firms) in Japan, the Software Developer executes readiness activities of products (set-up system environment, customized product,etc.), delivery (technical documentations, etc.), and support (system operation and maintenance, etc.) according to the product launch milestone working closely with team members, domestic and overseas member firms.
• Design and development of new digital solutions.
Correctly understand the needs from clients and the business development team, execute system engineering from the requirement definition, design and develop systems considering ideal technologies and architectures according to the project milestones, work closely with the tech lead and team members. Also, develop PoC and support demos.
• Write, test and improve software modules
• Analyze software modules and improve them to be performant, re-usable and maintainable
• Analyze blockchain solutions and improve them to be reliable and scalable
• Review team members’ submitted code and provide them with improvement ideas
• Work in an agile team environment and collaborate with team members
• Continually update technical knowledge and skills
求められる経験
• 最先端のデジタルソリューション開発経験3年以上
• ブロックチェーンを活用したシステム開発に関する知識と関心
• アーキテクチャデザインのソースコードへの展開(構造化、テスト、ドキュメント化等)
• データ構造やアルゴリズム、データベースに関する実用的な技術知識
• C#およびPythonでの開発経験に加えて、他の開発言語の経験があれば尚良し
• 以下のうち少なくとも1つに関するブロックチェーンに関する知識
Hyperledger Fabric, Corda
• Git版管理ツールの経験・知識
• アジャイル/リーンアプローチによるチーム開発経験
Qualifications/Required Experiences/Skills
• Experience of 3+ years, in developing cutting edge digital solutions
• Good knowledge and interest in blockchain system development
• Being able to translate architecture designs into well structured, tested and documented source code
• Good working knowledge of data structures, algorithms and database technologies
• Hands-on development experience with C# and Python is desirable, though other programming languages are fine
as well
• In-depth knowledge of at least one of the following permissioned distributed ledger frameworks:
Hyperledger Fabric, Corda
• Knowledge and experience with Git version control tool
• Experience working with teams with agile/lean approaches
