The S&OP Planner will be trained to be responsible for maintaining a balanced net demand plan by SKU, by week, by source, taking into account demand and supply constraints. You will perform arbitration and decision taking in times of demand conflict.
Main ResponsibilitiesRun simulations on forecasted demand against supply sourcesCreate a time phased inventory plan by creating an optimal inventory levelAccurately project & correct supply shortfalls and surpluses on a daily/weekly or monthly basis and liaise with relevant parties to resolveCreate and place replenishment orders with 3rd Party suppliersArbitrate and decide for supply conflicts or short fallsAssist the Inventory Manager in developing EMEA's inventory policies (e.g. inventory logic, per ship-to-location, per supplier base…) and standardsImplement EMEA's inventory policies and standardsProvide supply analysis, performance and KPI reportsSupport the S&OP process with data and supply representationMaintain Regional supply master data elementsIdentify lead time reduction needs to improve responsiveness ...
