In this role, you will… Accountable for recruiting strategy in India (both commercial and innovation center) to ensure TA isachieving hiring targets as well as deliver on the promise to recruit a diverse candidate pipeline Frequent communication with hiring managers, leadership, HR Partners and other key stakeholders Ensure fulfilment of organization’s recruitment needs in accordance to given timeline Source candidates and develop networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualifiedcandidates Ensure timely movement of requisitions on ATS platform Create positive memorable experiences for each and every candidate by always going the extra mile andensuring regular communication Configure various sourcing/recruiting projects in addition to regular recruitment activity to ensure anagility model implemented to support business hiring needs, including but not limit to RPO project, ERPprogram, etc. Leverage digital channel to attract, source and hire targeted talents in the market Ensure high efficiency in recruitment process; overcome obstacles and bottlenecks to allow Align to becompetitive in the talent market Work in Partnership with APAC Talent Acquisition Director to evaluate the applicant pool, recruitmentchannel efficiency, cost per hire, etc. to identify trends and cost effectiveness Being a brand champion on all platforms, consistently sharing our opportunities and telling our story, soas to create awareness for Align as employer of choice across the country Ensure end to end recruitment practice compliance with legal requirements In this role, you’ll need … Bachelor degree with major in Human Resources, Psychology or related At least 8 -13 years experiences in recruiting area in multi-national company, with 2+ years in amanagerial role Good knowledge and solid experience in leveraging digital channel in sourcing &amp; talent attraction Hands on experience of working on ATS (like Taleo/iCIMS/Workday etc). Strategic thinking and ‘can do’ spirit Capability of handling ambiguity Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Demonstrate a high degree of independent decision-making, as well as the ability to manage multiplerecruitment assignments with aggressive time lines.
