    Do you want the opportunity to scope and expand your experience with Special Educational Needs (SEN) pupils?

    Randstad Education are currently recruiting for support workers for permanent positions in a beautiful Chester school starting immediately.

    Responsibilities of the role include:

    • Providing speech, language and communication support to children and young people aged 4-19 with complex autism, learning difficulties and behaviours that challenge, within a day and residential special school setting.
    • Working as part of a trans-disciplinary team ensuring each pupil's needs are understood, accurately planned for and closely monitored.
    • Advising members of the teaching team in relation to pupils' speech, language and communication development to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
    • Providing both direct and indirect therapy for individuals and groups of pupils.
    • Providing advice and support to Abbey School social care staff for residential pupils.
