sr finance manager : global retail company.

This role is responsible for the controllership, analysis, planning, forecasting, and business partnering. It manages the full P/L and will require understanding and strategizing selection, cost including end to end logistics options, and supporting breakthrough customer experience projects by leading financial analysts and partnering with senior business leaders. It is a unique opportunity with a broad scope to partner with teams critical to the customer experience in Japan for consumers and business customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead and develop a strong team, provide analytical support for executive decision-making based on quantitative analyses, think strategically, and manage projects with multiple stakeholders.Report Line· The position reports to Finance Director to maintain Finance’s independency, while working within the respective business’s Vice President and his/her leadership team.

Bachelor’s degree required in finance, economics, mathematics, business or related field
8+ years in finance roles with progressively increasing levels of responsibility
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities in a fast paced, growing and ambiguous environment
Proven ability to manage a team including prioritization of diverse priorities
Experience in understanding complex process flows and driving process improvements
