    We are working with and supporting a company who are looking for a Student Support Worker, working with adults aged 18 and above.

    Skills and experience

    In this role you will be required to:

    Work 1:1 with learners

    Be very forward thinking, commitment to driving education Forward,

    Help raise expectations and aspirations of our learners, to enthuse, motivate and create opportunities for learning and engagement.

    Support learner progression through, for example, identification of educational need/course referral/pre & post course support/development of support plans.

    Work with learners to support and develop personalised learning plans continually develop your practice and skills, to engage in new initiatives and, to share best practice with colleagues.

    Utilise policies and procedures to support the wider prison resettlement and skills strategy.

    Work collaboratively as part of a local specialist education team and positively contribute as part of the wider prison team.
