    Are you an experienced support worker and/or looking to gain experience within an inpatient mental health setting?

    Are you looking to work with an agency that can provide consistent work, flexibility and great rates of pay? If so, we are working with CNTW on a flexible basis to fit around your schedule.

    The ideal candidate will be from a support working background, be able to work independently in a busy ward environment and display great passion in their work.

    We have work available across different wards from patients with acute mental health illnesses to patients that suffer from dementia to patients with learning difficulties.

    Shift Patterns include:

    Early Shift (7:00-15:00)

    Late Shift (13:00-21:00)

    Long Days (7:00-21:00)

    Night Shift (20:30-7:30)



    Key Duties

    • Supporting the Nursing Team
    • Observations of patients
    • Communicating with patients that have poor mental health
    • Supporting some domestic duties including showering, making meals etc.
    • Working with patients that have different mental health issues
