Carries out the implementation and execution of recruitment and development programs and policies.responsibilitiesThe responsibilities below enable you to achieve goals and to be successful in this role.client & candidate management:carries out prescribed client management activities and provides support to others by following existing procedures. Hereby it's necessary to use project management skills to oversee the total process.clients:collaborates with Hiring Managers and appropriate internal team members, to ensure that adequate sourcing and screening support are providedcontacts Hiring Manager proactively at appropriate, routine intervals about requirements, opportunities, and initiatives that may impact talent acquisitionacts as an advisor to client Hiring Managers on appropriate sourcing strategydevelops strategic relationships with Randstad peers and leaders to maintain quality client delivery and solve client challengesemploys all available recruiting and sourcing strategy tools and partners as needed to document and execute a sourcing strategyprovides innovative solutions to solve recruiting challenges and influence hiring decisionscandidates:provides timely and useful follow-up feedback to candidates on interview resultsuse of influence and persuasion to sell candidates on employment opportunities extends offers and negotiates to final acceptance of the offerexecutes sourcing methodologies to effectively develop target candidate pipelinesreviews CV's/resumes, screens, and interviews candidatesdetermines the fit while influencing and persuading candidates on employment opportunitiesadministration:performs standard and non-routine administrative data processing tasks for the principal and gives colleagues advice on the proper performanceensures that requisition activity is properly documented including candidate disposition, to meet compliance and SLA/KPI tracking.
