    If so, we have your next job role! Randstad are on the hunt for supportive individuals to be placed as Teaching Assistants in the Sheffield area. This exciting job opportunity would include supporting teachers with their lessons, assisting children with their learning and ensuring behaviour management is kept in check. It is a highly rewarding role, where qualifications are desired but not required! We are looking for those who have had experience working with children.

We can accommodate day to day supply, long-term roles and permanent positions!

    Here are the responsibilities of a TA:

    * You will support the teacher with lessons and behaviour management

    * You must contribute to the safeguarding of all children

    * You will communicate effectively with children, staff, parents and carers where required

    * You will engage students in learning to keep them on task

    * You will adapt your support depending on the needs of the child - every child is unique!

    Requirements for the job:

    * An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one)

    * Ideally 6 months experience working with children

    * Eligibility to work in the UK

    * A true passion about working with children

    * Able to display sensitivity and patience
