Responsible for all of mid-hire recruitment activities to fill open requisitions and will manage recruitment process that includes but not limited to: ・Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates, attracting talents, offering and closing positions in a timely and efficient manner・Utilize multiple channels including job boards, SNS, traditional contingency/retainer searchs and employee referrals・Manage client needs proactively and update/work with HR business partners and hiring managers・Screen applicants for open positions and conduct interviews・Conduct recruiting PR events, agency sessions with respective departments・Develop, manage and evaluate recruitment agencies / tools / channels effectively・Assimilate candidates’ onboarding and conduct follow ups with newcomers・Lead and educate hiring managers on global standard procedures and rules regarding talent acquisition processes・Build trusting relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and reflect them in sourcing/hiring processes・Utilize employer branding tools to attract and approach desirable candidates・Forsee future needs and conduct talent pooling for future opportunities and needs
求められる経験
・4 or more years of experience in mid-hire recruitment
・Knowledge on sourcing channels to realize strategic hiring
・Knowledge on applicant tracking systems and other digital recruitment tools
・Strong communication/presentation skills and commitment to achieve target
・Quick learner mindset to catch up and understand business strategies and needs
・TOEIC 700 and above
