We are looking to recruit a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school team around the surrounding areas of Liverpool. You will be responsible for supporting students, who need assistance in their everyday lives at school due to having learning difficulties. You will be supporting students who could be studying subjects from across the curriculum.
As you walk through the doors you will be welcomed by a compassionate team of teachers and learning support staff who are there every step of the way to offer guidance and knowledge. Requirements of a learning support assistant:
- Be open to work with children who have SEN
- Support SEN pupils with behaviour needs
- To be proactive and keep busy throughout the day
- Work alongside a large team and continue to further develop
- Be flexible with their job role throughout the day
- To be motivating and understanding
- To manage students behaviour

To be considered for the role of a learning support assistant:
- DBS (on the update service)
- Ideally degree educated
- Experience is not essential - but a bonus!
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- 2 satisfactory references must be provided
- Proof of Address
- Overseas Police Check will be required if you have been outside of the UK for a period longer than 6 months in the past 5 years
