    At Randstad Education, we are looking for new and enthusiastic candidates to meet the demand for classroom support within Essex, and particularly the Southend and surrounding area. We have a range of roles available. If you live in the area and you are looking for work in Primary Education, please contact us ASAP!

    Our vacancies range between day to day supply, short-term cover and long-term projects. The daily pay rate is between £70-90 depending on your experience, and shifts will vary depending on the needs of our schools. You will have a dedicated consultant working to find you work in your desired area.

    • Previous experience working within Primary Education (desired but not essential)

    • Passionate about Primary Education and working as classroom support

    • Have a Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to complete and pay for a new DBS application

    • (desired) Experience using learning schemes such as Makaton / PECs / Team Teach

    • Be passionate about working with children and be determined to make sure that their learning experience is as comfortable and positive as possible
