You will fulfill this technical support job from Kampenhout and get a fixed contract immediately. You will mainly help customers of this multinational and world producer of electronic connectors by providing them with the right documents.
Your main tasks as Technical Sales Support are the following:
-Handling technical questions from customers-distributors
-delivering technical product information such as test reports / environmental reports which you download from the system
-prepare and deliver training/presentations to customers/distributors
-manage communication with the Engineering Center in Belgium or Japan on technical issues
-inform external sales/customers/distributors about new products and product information

experience
- <1 jaar
qualifications
- -Knowledge of electronics or electromechanics
  -Technical high school diploma
- or technical Bachelor
  -Excellent knowledge of English
- knowledge of Dutch or French is an asset
  -Communication with customers and external parties
  -You can work independently

You will fulfill this technical support job from Kampenhout and get a fixed contract immediately.In order to provide the customers in all our different regions with the necessary technical support we are looking for a Technical Sales Support / Product Management employee.After the necessary training, you will be assigned the following tasks and responsibilities:-Handling technical questions from customers/distributors / searching for alternatives for products / explaining differences between products- Supplying technical product information such as specifications/test reports/environmental reports, Material Declaration, Certificate of Material, Certificate of Temperature, , material data sheets on request- Handling and maintenance of project sheets/product requests/special test reports/Letter of Requests- Managing communication with the Engineering Centre in Belgium/Japan/other parties- Informing external sales / customers / distributors about new products and product information
