You will lead the performance of the Technical Innovation portfolio of projects:
- Develop and improve the guidance for the zones for Project Portfolio KPIs management, consolidation of the input and data accuracy improvement.
- Develop analyses and reports for project portfolio performance to applicable stakeholders.
- Coach Global and Zone Technical Innovation teams in the technical innovation process and best practices, provide trainings to Global/Zone teams.
- Map the improvement opportunities and guarantee implementation of the new functionality in the governance systems.
- Drive continuous improvement of the processes while keeping agility mindset.
