    As a technology recruiter in Randstad, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of highly-qualified IT talent to fulfill specialised contracting or permanent roles that match the hiring expectations of our technology clients.

    You’ll get to:

    • Develop client and candidate development plans with your manager to meet personal sales targets.
    • Drive various sales & marketing activities based on clients’ and candidates’ development plan to grow company revenue.
    • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients and gain an in-depth understanding of their hiring needs to identify new leads.
    • Keep pace with market and vertical trends to provide service excellence of unique insights to technology clients.
    • Build and deepen your specialist vertical within the technology sector.

    skills and experience

    • University degree / diploma or equivalent
    • Min 2 years in a 360-recruitment environment or strong IT background
    • Able to consistently meet individual targets
    • Exceptional at creating opportunities and influencing outcomes
    • Commercially and digitally-savvy
    • Motivated and driven to produce consistent performance
