We are looking for a Test Team Leader.

Leading a team of engineers and technicians to accomplish hardware, software, mechanical and safety tests for new samples/prototypes of TV sets and home appliances.
Updating the current test methodologies by creating new test cases based on the system requirements.
Following running tests and giving approvals for products and new alternative components according to the purchasing/production plans.
Following production plan in order to ensure the availability of all approvals related to the planned production.
Reporting the project status regularly.

qualifications
- BSc or BEng in related field (Electronics or Computer Engineering is preferred)
- MSc is a plus.
  More than 5 years of relevant experience.
  Strong background in electronics
- abackground in home appliances is a plus.
  Team leadership skills.
  Project management skills and analytical thinking.
  Strong communicational and interpersonal skills.
  Highly motivated
- well organized and team player.
  Having strong PC skills (especially MS Office programmes).
  Good knowledge of English language.
  No military obligation for male candidates.
  Living/ willing to live in European side of İstanbul.
