This application is used to match talents and vacancies, 80% of your time you will spend in this multidisciplinary devops scrum team. The other 20% of your time you will spend on activities for the Outsystems chapter. Using your seniority to make your chapter and each individual perform at their best. You motivate, coach and evaluate the performance of the chapter members. Determining the best practices for developing in Outsystems, setting standards and making sure they are executed. Creating an environment for continuous feedback, coaching and mentoring within the chapter.
