Learning Co-ordinator

You will be part of the HR team within our Learning Team.

Engaging with Apprentices, Managers and Colleges / Universities to align programme with delegate and ensure App Levy web site is updated.

Sourcing "best fit" Apprenticeship programmes to align with employee need

Coordinating training across all locations using our internal Learning Management System.

Updating internal records (attendance on programmes using the internal system)

Engaging with Apprentices, Managers and Colleges / Universities to align programme with delegate and ensure App Levy web site is updated.

This role will cover a large variety of training requests, including, industry specific training, further learning and ad-hoc Talent and Development training.

Sourcing and engaging with external / internal suppliers to build a suite of learning offers across (eg Project Management, Presentation skills, Early Talent programmes)

Requirements

Proficient in Excel

Previous experience working within apprenticeships in a levy paying business. *

Excellent organisational and multitasking ability *

Working knowledge of the DAS apprenticeship system
