★ Globalからも注力ビジネスとして指定されているIT Outsourcing 領域において Transition Manager としてご活躍いただきます！★ Join our company as Transition Manager to lead our global IT outsourcing projects designated as key business focus area!!■募集背景 / Background to this hiring：・私たちが強みとしている一気通貫のビジネスモデルにおいて、アウトソーシングビジネスは欠かせない領域となっております。・アプリ、インフラ共に顧客・市場内からのニーズも高まっており、大型の案件が多数ございます！・IT Outsourcing business for our is now an important key business focus area and we cannot plan our growth without it.・There are so much needs for truly large global projects in both application development services and infrastructure services areas.■業務内容・ミッション / Job Descriptions & Missions：インフラアウトソーシングの Transition フェーズのプロジェクトマネジメントをお任せします・Manage and lead transition phases of infrastructure outsourcing projects.・Create Due Diligence plan of current environment・Make transition plan based on the result of Due Diligence・Understand model of offshore maintenance project and assign tasks to onsite and offshore appropriately・Manage the progress according to the transition plan・Negotiate with internal or customers about the cause and solution of delays and troubles★想定されるお客様の業種 / Industry Areas：製造、自動車、ゼネコン、HiTech、航空、銀行、保険、流通＆小売、商社Manufacturing, Automobile, General Construction, HiTech, Airlines, Banks, Insurance, Distribution& Retail, Trading companies★プロジェクト規模 / Project Sizes：1契約10億円前後以上複数年契約のアウトソーシングプロジェクトIT outsourcing projects with revenue ranging from over 10 million USD and multiple year contract per project
求められる経験
以下のような経験のある方、大歓迎です！
・サービス提供側、SIer 側でのご経験
・オフショアを活用したインフラ環境の移行(Cloud 環境への移行、既存ベンダーからの運用移管など)や運用プロジェクトにおける PM 以上のご経験 (特にTransition フェーズの経験)
・社内外の関係者と良好なコミュニケーションを取り、関係を築いてきた経験
・英語でコミュニケーションが取れ、英語を使用したインフラアウトソーシングの経験
・ 精神的にタフであり、チャレンジ精神が旺盛であること
・Experience creating Due Diligence plan of current IT environment for user company
・Make feasible transition plan based on the result of Due Diligence
・Understand model of offshore maintenance project and assign tasks to onsite and offshore appropriately
・Manage the progress according to the transition plan
・Negotiate with internal and/or customer stakeholders for the cause and solution of delays and troubles
Advanced bilingual language skills (Japanese & English)
