Responsibilities: ?Responsible for accurate and timely processing of customer orders; communicate critical information to the customers, sales team, IT, planning, transportation, warehousing, and quality promptly. Collaborate with key stakeholders to refine processes impacting service levels.?Primary focus to develop and improve China direct selling / eCommerce customer order process and related logistics.?Conduct root cause analysis of logistics metrics (e.g. order compliance, on time delivery, weight compliance, order, and pallet minimums, fill rates). Analyse customer data (e.g. ordering patterns, shipment volume) and draw conclusions from that data to recommend actions, solve problems, and implement action plans. Ability to work on issues relevant across multiple customer process areas. Champion process improvement opportunities. Point person for identifying and resolving customer specific logistics issues.?Effectively communicate with customers, sales teams, and logistics peers. Able to strategically influence others to act. Works well independently and as a team member. Lead communication sessions, project work, or strategy implementation. ?Develop and complete projects as defined by customer or senior management. Subject matter expert or customer representative on projects. Lead complex projects (i.e. establish objectives, identify tasks, implement changes, and set measurements). Prepare project documentation and flowcharts. Manage transition of project work to everyday business practice. Monitor project outcomes and communicate results.?Work with APAC/China Planning Manager to prepare demand forecast reporting, and give suggestions to address potential issues and support growth plans. ?Work with distributor to improve forecast accuracy rate and inventory management; support APAC/China Planning Manager to hold demand planning meeting and align with related departments & distributors for the repeated orders/forecasts, and new launch products.?Build on advanced knowledge and experience in IT systems (order management, data integrity, parameter maintenance, and performance reporting) for process enhancement. Responsible for control of set-up and maintenance of all customer master data in ERP.?Act as APAC/China Customer Logistics contact person to coordinate requirements from different regions.?Work with related departments to ensure work processes are in compliance with corporate policies, quality standards, laws, and regulations.?Attend monthly global S&OP meeting, and make sure China related logistic KPI being achieved. ?Set up new warehousing and logistics as needed for eCommerce, domestic, and cross border business. ?Work with direct selling team to improve TP agency service performance ?Ability to travel 15 - 20% of time.
