key responsibilities
- Provide support to customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements.
- Provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's products and services.
skills
- Proficient in Dutch and English, both oral and written;
- Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred);
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree (a plus);
- Knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus).
