Participate in all Compensation Benefits Management related processes
-Annual salary reviews
-Variable pay especially sales premiums, bonuses, pay for performance etc)
-Job evaluations
-Salary and benefit surveys
Analyze and create compensation and benefits structure of the company
Review market conditions and C&B policies, procedures and trends in order to make recommendations that meet corporate objectives
Run the process of budgeting, promotions, adjustments and job rotations within the company guidelines
Provide recommendations for during salary review process by making different analyses and simulations, aligned with company compensation and benefits strategy

qualification

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields,
Minimum 5 years experience in Compensation Benefits,
Have knowledge HAY job evaluation methodology and Grading Systems and Salary Surveys
Advanced use of Excel for data analysis and reporting
Detail and target oriented, comfortable with multi task responsibilities
Respect for confidentiality
Excellent English
Must have Blue and White Collar Experience
Project Management Skills
