lojistik sektöründe faaliyet gösteren firmamız için " finance manager " arayışımız bulunmaktadır.

• Professional and disciplinary management of the department bookkeeping and accounting
• Preparation and analysis of monthly and annual accounts
• Preparation of forecasts and budgets
• income statements , variance analysis , cost center reports
• Assisting in the current accounting
• Responsible for the maintenance of accounting records
• Implementation and optimization of processes and structures
• Competent contact to stakeholders (incl. Tax advisors, auditors and public authorities)
• Supervises the accounting, including preparation of financial statements and reports, budgets, forecasts and management information;
• financial operations: budgeting, treasury, payroll, tax, management accounting
• Examines and analyses accounting records to determine financial status of the company
• Advises management on financial resources, trends and results of operations;
• Prepares financial reports concerning operation procedures;
• Implements reliable financial control system/s, procedures and policies;
• Provides accurate and complete financial/management reports to the General Management and to the international management, reporting financial conditions, detailing the source and application of funds;
• Makes recommendations for improving the financial operations and the position of the company;
• Follows developments in the current Turkish and International Accounting Standards
• Makes any analyses and reports for the banks or as requested by the General Manager, Shareholders or Controller;
• Respects all the instructions established by the Internal Regulations
• Organize and follow up fiscal controls (in regards to VAT, etc.)
• Controls the payments to the State and all the declarations to the Authorities that go outside the company
• Setting up and securing a professional commercial organisation according group-standards
• Commercial Support of Business Development Projects
• Reporting to Headquarter
• Inspects items in books of original entry to determine if accepted accounting procedures were followed;
• Verifies journal and ledger entries of cash and payments, purchases, expenses and trial balances by examining and auditing inventory items;
• Communicates with tax specialists, lawyers, auditors to ensure legal compliance, at a minimum cost to the company;
• Supervises statutory audit and tax return filing;
• Manages, supervises and motivates employees, etc.;
• 100% verifying, cleaning, updating and assuring the Turkish bookkeeping and adding and checking all current accounts/updating them


Degree in business economics or comparable commercial education (certified accountant)
at least 5 years professional experience in the field of finance
Ideally experience in auditing and accounting
Very good MS-office knowledge
Excellent bookkeeping , accounting and tax law knowledge
IAS knowledge, ACCA – an advantage
Solid background in finance and accounting and financial analysis

Mother tongue: Turkish AND English business-fluent, German is a plus
