We are looking for an "Office Admin" for our multinational client.

Support expense planning, spending, and settlement for a department in accordance with the standards and procedures, and contribute to the creation of business performance through optimal asset managements.

Assist the leaders of department by coordinating meetings, managing work schedules, and building work environment, and support department members by preparing information assets, access authorities, and consumables for business.

Provide necessary internal and external support for the team

Responsible for daily Office Management tasks

Manage internal reporting and statistics

Support other team members during absence and/or as needed


Customer service oriented approach/mindset

Fluent in Turkish and English in both written and verbal communication

Strong communication skills

Excellent numerical and analytical skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task under minimum supervision

Proactive team player with ability to work in a multi-cultural environment

Strong knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel
