We are looking for an Organizational Development Partner for our client.

To identify organizational development needs and conduct respective lean and optimization workouts,
To evaluate organizational change requests and manage decision process with the related parties,
To evaluate, analyze and follow up head count requests,
To follow developments in the related sector, carry out process improvement workouts and develop new project,
To create new job descriptions and update existing job descriptions when necessary,
To prepare and update organization charts and organizational development procedures.


University degree preferably in Engineering fields,
Minimum 5 years experience in Organizational Development of corporate organizations,
Strong analytical skills and result orientation,
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the organization,
Ability to influence, persuade and negotiate effectively at Senior Management Level,
Good knowledge of MS Office programs (advanced level of Excel),
Good command of English,
High sense of responsibility.
