Danışmanlığını yapmakta olduğumuz Global müşterimiz için Recepcionist arayışımız bulunmaktadır.

Answer incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel and departments,
Greet visitors/guests professionally, then directing them to proper destination in a professional manner,
Manage the office switchboard, receive and distribute fax correspondence,
Receive and process incoming and prepare outgoing mail packages, liaise with couriers and delivery companies,
Receive and forward invoices,

Directing office boys to catering for meetings, seminars, conferences, or other events at the office.


Have an university degree,
Have at least 2 years experience as a Receptionist,
Good command in English,
Good knowledge of MS Office Programs,
High level of negotiation and communication skills,
High sense of ethics and responsibility,
