    We are looking for a Senior Leasing Manager who will be responsible for leasing in retail commercial leasing operations Company's Turkey project.Setting up Leasing as independent department, new policies procedures.Preparing the leasing team and qualify them to act their role as required and negotiate with clients / organisations.Coordination with Developments Projects on commercial and office market demand in commercial space and buildings features.Meeting corporate tenants requirements and issue maintain international design lease criteria.Major challenge is balancing commercial space supply in market against the high demand in order to avoid soften rent market as well as focusing on long term leases.Sr. Manager, Leasing must issue annual budgets concerning the departments in terms of projects’ monthly income, estimated future income, Department’s expenses budgets and necessary Planning.Establishing department’s policies and procedures and monitoring that these policies are met on ongoing basis.Internal development plans of staff and leasing procedures through defining the weakness points in daily operations.Review of Profit Loss accounts on monthly basis with Finance to make sure that leasing operations and efforts are meeting the budgets and targets assigned.Review departmental targets on on-going basis and report to department’s head, Finance Development by weekly reports on achievements.Performs all other relevant tasks assigned by the Leasing Director.

Contribute to the provision of quality services by providing Health Safety support for the Company in a professional and efficient manner which reflects and enhances the project objectives. The HSE Officer will promote Safety culture among the 50 employees of the team, including electromechanical technicians, engineers and admin staff.Establish and maintain Health&Safety procedures. Keep track of H&S records. Train employees in H&S principles and promote safe behavior at site. Organizing regular toolbox talks. Provide guidelines to execute the work in a safe way. Source and deliver the PPE and collective protections at site. Survey work execution, monitor and report sensitive parameters. Conducting H&S inspections. Drafting Risk Analysis about eventually new activities of the team. Recording and reporting HSE performance both to the HQ and to the Client.
