    We are looking for a "Center Manager" for our business partner an investment and service company that is the leader of Europe with nearly 200 shopping malls in 13 countries.Responsibility for all CM-relevant parameters influencing the economic result of the property company. (incl. Pollux)Adherence to advertising association budget and budgeting (allocation, nec. inv., profit. inv., maintenance) and adherence. (CM’s obligation to collect)Proper processing and compliance with management contract (GBV) advertising association as well as with management contract with property company. (in cooperation with portfolio team)Compliance with management contract. (GBV) (with portfolio team)Participation in draw-up and revision of tenant concepts.Compliance with legal duty to maintain safety in the center.Draw-up of operation concept for facility budget as well as quality assurance during implementation.Definition, coordination with RD CM and securing of opening hours and house rules as well as compliance with security folder.Organization and operation of car park.Support of Asset Managers during networking with and reporting to investors.Coordination of construction measures of up to € 500k.If needed, participation in due diligence processes.Draw-up and implementation of the marketing concept based on target positioning.
