    We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Executive who will be reporting to C&B Manager.Manage, develop and implement appropriate compensation and benefits policies and strategies,Prepare and reports the actualization of wages and salaries budget, prim/bonus systems, Prepare and analyze annual Workforce Budget,Prepare monthly, quarterly and annually HR reports and other ad-hoc reports,Develop salary proposals at recruitment stage and realize annual salary increases adjustments,Management of the agreement processes with the Union for the Blue Collar every 2 years,Review of position evaluation and grading system to be aligned with organization and business standards, (HAY Methodology)Review market conditions and C&B policies, procedures and trends in order to make recommendations that meet corporate objectives.
