job description

We are looking for a "Sales Manager" for our client which is operating in manufacturing sector.

-implement sales strategies to optimize growth, market share and profitability to meet the short and long-term business objectives

-provide accurate sales forecast, work closely with Sales Support / Customer Service for order execution, and monitor payment collection

-market research, identify and develop new customers in the field of polyurethane foam systems

-develop and maintain client relationships with a focus on customer service as a key priority for business referrals and repeat business

-conduct marketing activities when requested, handle customer complaints properly, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing market and competitors information


-minimum of 5 years of experience achieving sales objectives in polyurethane Industry

-bachelor degree or equivalent required

-chemical Engineering background is preferred

-communicate freely in English

-have work experience in a global PU related company is more preferred

-willingness and ability to travel

-excellent organizational and computer skills

-exceptional written and verbal communication skills

-attention to detail and is accurate and focused

-an understanding of timelines and prioritizing

-be flexible, a team player, and requires minimal supervision

-be a self-starter with a hands-on attitude who can multi-task individually and as part of a team
